Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yasbrook Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yasbrook Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit / debit card charged. If your credit / debit card had already been charged for the purchase and order is cancelled, Yasbrook Limited shall issue a credit you your credit / debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Yasbrook Limited, the Yasbrook Limited Affiliated Entities and the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each (collectively, the “Yasbrook Limited Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all costs, expenses, fees, including, without limitation legal fees, charges, expenditures, damages, liabilities and/or other losses of whatsoever nature incurred by any of the Yasbrook Limited Indemnified Parties with respect to, arising from or out of any claim relating to your: (i) use of the Website or the Materials (including, without limitation, your posting of any User Content on the Website); (ii) violation of these Terms and Conditions or (iii) violation of any law or infringement of the intellectual, property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire at the end of 7 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel any online purchase, you must inform us, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email, letter sent by post). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of outbound delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 30 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The item must be returned to us in full working order as new or in the same condition as it was when purchased within 14 working days after the day the item was delivered to you. However we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio, video, or DVD recordings, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed. To cancel your purchase please include your name, address and any reference number, place it with the item securely packaged (preferably in its original packaging) and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days after the day the item was received by you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
