Delivery Policy

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST ME?

The shipping charge varies from item to item depending on the size and weight of the parcel. The shipping charge will be shown in your shopping basket.

WHERE WILL YOU DELIVER MY GOODS?

Cash Exchange currently only deliver to UK addresses, and for security reasons we can only send items to the billing address of the card used for payment of your order. If you have paid via PayPal, the order will be sent to the address registered to your PayPal account.



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items sent by us usually take 3-5 working days from the point of dispatch. We will dispatch your order within two working days but most item are sent out on the same working day if ordered by 2pm. We will advise you by email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery as we can only consider items as lost in transit after this time. Please note: Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day for either the dispatch or delivery of orders.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO SEND PACKAGES?

Cash Exchange use Royal Mail 1st class for all items under £50. Any items over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will require a signature upon delivery. Items over £100 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which also requires a signature upon delivery. Please note: We may on occasion use another courier depending on the weight/size of your item(s).

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN?

No. For security reasons we are only able to make delivery to the cardholder’s address. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses and we only ship within the UK.

RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Most banks allocate funds at the time of placing the order – this means that the funds for the order are no longer available to you, and they’re waiting for us to take them. Due to the way our system works, we will always ensure the order can be completed before accepting the funds. In the event that your goods cannot be sourced, we will not charge you for these items and the allocation will be returned to your account within 1-10 working days. If the items have been sourced, your account will be charged by Yasbrook Limited t/a Cash Exchange and this amount will appear on your statement.

OVERDUE DELIVERY

I haven’t received my order? Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, but we must ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery, as missing items are usually found and delivered within this time. If you have not received an order within 8 days of it being dispatched, please keep us updated via email at info@cashexchange.co.uk, so we’re aware of the non delivery. If you haven’t received your order after 28 days, please let us know so we take action on the matter. Depending on your preference and availability, we can source a replacement or issue a refund. (Please note: You must contact us within a reasonable time frame regarding non deliveries for us to be able to assist, and we ask that you do not contact us any later than 14 days after your order being dispatched).
