Sell To Us Policy
Yasbrook Limited t/a Cash Exchange (“Cash Exchange”) reserve the right to refuse to purchase any items at their sole discretion. Cash Exchange and their associates reserve the right to limit the number of purchases that are honoured to any customer at their sole discretion.
Please ensure that you are the legal owner of the goods you wish to sell, as ownership will be transferred to Cash Exchange upon receipt of order.
All items bought by Cash Exchange are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Cash Exchange receiving such items, the risk of loss and title for such items remains with you until Cash Exchange receives such items. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the carrier. Cash Exchange issues payment to the details the customer provides to us, and as such cannot be held responsible should your payment not reach the customer due to being supplied with incorrect details. Please note: the value we offer for your items may be reduced upon receipt depending on their condition. We may reduce the price if the quantity of similar / same items exceeds 1 unit.
The grading system we use to determine the condition is:
- Grade A – Near perfect condition, with no (or very few) blemishes or marks.
- Grade B – Very good/Good condition, with few marks or blemishes, which will be stated before buying.
- Grade C – Items with signs of frequent use. Quite a few scratches or blemishes, which will be shown.
Please note: In the event that your phone does not meet our grading criteria for “A”, “B” or “C” conditions, we will regard your item as “non-working”.

WHAT WE WILL BUY
Broadly speaking, we buy things that fall into the categories: Electronics, Gaming, Phones, Musical Instruments, Jewellery & Watches, Home & Leisure and Designer Goods. Please note, game consoles must be accompanied with 1 controller, a UK power cable and a video cable. Phones will need a charger. Sat Nav systems also must have their original box. External Hard Drives, cameras without expandable memory and Sat Navs MUST come with the original box, and a USB cable and power cable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY?
Once we receive your goods we will start processing your items immediately, and we will endeavour to test and process payments within 3 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). You must ensure that correct payment details and address are supplied, as Cash Exchange cannot be held responsible for funds not reaching you due to incorrect information being provided to us.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
Once the order has been completed, Cash Exchange will make the payment to you. We currently issue payment via one of the following methods:
- Direct payment (to a valid bank account)
- PayPal*
- Cheque
Please ensure that, where appropriate, your Bank account, Paypal and address details are valid to ensure prompt payment. Also note that a bank account can only be linked to a single Cash Exchange website membership. Only one method can be selected per order.
*Receiving funds via Paypal may incur a fee. Please check with PayPal for current rates. Cash Exchange do not cover this fee/charge.
HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS TO YOU?
1. Please ensure that you include your personal details, item details (make & model of item you’re selling) and your preferred payment method e.g. bank transfer (inc. your bank account details), PayPal or cheque.
2. Please package your goods securely in order to prevent damage while in transit. Please do not use shredded paper as a box filler. All application software, as well as PC CD ROM games with limited user registrations, must be in its original box, full retailing packaging and sealed. Please note: We reserve the right to return any parcel. We recommend using a method of postage such as Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery for an added level of security.
