Refund Policy

To return your purchase to Cash Exchange:

We will happily accept the return of your online purchase under the following circumstances.

Goods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 7 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods for a refund. The cost of the return delivery postage under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer and is not refundable.

As you can appreciate, we would request that all goods be returned in it original condition complete with packaging, all accessories and all security seals in place. Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may be subject to a handling charge or the refund refused.  The 7 Day Guarantee excludes all CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, video games or gaming software.

Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us. Please note postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility, expect in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are supplied damaged, faulty or incorrectly.

30 DAY WARRANTY

If an item is found to be faulty within 30 days from the date you received the item, you can send the item back to us for inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, through natural depreciation or wear and tear, and not through negligence or improper use, the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. All delivery costs will be covered in this instance.

Please note: We do not refund unwanted goods after the 7 day guarantee, nor do we offer a refund without first attempting to repair or replace the item. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transit. We recommend you take out insurance on the delivery of your goods to protect you in the event of this occurring and that you use a “signed for” delivery method to prove that your item has been received by us.

If a refund is applicable we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you within 7 working days, in any case, within 15 working days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
